Additional Information

Introduction

Designed by German Frers and build at Beneteau France, the First 42 is one of the most popular Beneteau models ever made. The boat is extremely versatile with excellent performance for both racing and cruising.

Made Easy has the owners stateroom with hanging locker and storage bins forward. Adjacent is the forward head. The main salon has sea-berths with lee-cloths and plenty of storage.

There is a full size nav station with navigators seat and plenty of storage for manuals, charts and electronics to starboard and a generous galley to port. The aft cabin features hanging lockers and a double berth.

The cockpit has a deep storage locker to starboard and additional storage below the cockpit grate floor. All sailing controls are easily within reach and the boat can be sailed with a full crew, double handed or single handed. The side decks are wide and safe, and forward is a divided anchor locker with double rollers and an electric windlass.
