This is a well maintained 2C/2H Brewer 46 Auxiliary Pilothouse Cutter with new bottom paint as of June 2022! Also known as the Oceanic 46 and Seastar 460, the sturdy and sea kindly design has a well earned reputation as a world cruiser. This particular vessel is American built and features a single Perkins 4.236 with a Sundstrand Hydro PTO driving two 70hp Volvo hydraulic motors making maneuvering under power a stress free endeavor. Other features include electric in mast furling for easy mainsail handling, and extensive ground tackle, including four anchors, to cover almost any anchoring situation. Below decks the interior exudes craftsmanship and comfortable security. The pilothouse has a good line of site down the flush deck while providing excellent protection against the elements. The C shaped galley has plenty of granite counter space and is ideal for making meals underway. Going forward there is the dinette to port and settee to starboard. Bronze port lights, a deck hatch provide ample storage throughout. The aft cabin provides an ensuite head/shower. The froward Pullman berth is also an excellent space for extra crew or storage.
